so guys i am vegan now.
When I was super skinny a couple years ago i was still a vegetarian and then i gained hella weight after i began eating meat….so! why not give up everything.
my new diet (for 3 weeks):
- 1000 calories or less per day
- no dairy/eggs/meat/animal products in general
- at least 20 minutes of pilates/ab exercises per day
- 3(AT MOST) skip days where i can eat whatever i want…i will try to only use them if i really really want something

and It’s really bad how much joy I am getting from looking at these statistics…
